For support requests, email [email protected]. We review incoming requests during normal business hours and typically respond within 1-2 business days.
Please include the email address on your Museon account, your organization or workspace name, and a short description of what you expected to happen.
Account and Billing Help
We can also help with sign-in issues, workspace access, subscription questions, refund requests, and billing records. For billing or refund requests, include your account email and the relevant invoice or transaction date when available.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Museon handles data, and our Terms of Service describe the rules for using the service. Contact support if you need help with data access, deletion, or account removal.
